Zhangping Shuixian tea can be traced back to the early 20th century, it is named after both its birthplace: Zhangping of Fujian Province, and shuixian, the variety of camellia sinensis used to produce the tea. It is the only compressed Oolong tea.

The Zhangping Shuixian tea selected by MONTLEAF origins from the core production area in the Zhongcun Village of Nanping County, Zhanping City. It has a pure and sweet flavor, full of orchid and creamy fragrance, and has an aroma that is rich and at the same time very gentle.

How to Brew:

Use a covered tea bowl or a small teapot, take one entire piece of tea and brew it with water of 100 °C, leave it for 10-30 seconds before serving.
